1. Geschiktheid:
Je hebt 30 dagen vanaf de leverdatum om een retournering aan te vragen voor elk artikel dat niet aan jouw wensen voldoet. Om in aanmerking te komen, moet het artikel ongedragen/ ongebruikt zijn, in de originele verpakking zitten en in dezelfde staat verkeren waarin jij het hebt ontvangen.

2. Terugbetalingsproces:
Neem contact op met onze klantenservice via support@pouev.com onder vermelding van jouw bestelnummer en de reden van retour om een retour te starten. Wij begeleiden jou door het retourproces. 

3. Retourzending:
Klanten zijn verantwoordelijk voor de kosten van de retourzending, tenzij het artikel defect heeft of onjuist is geleverd. Je moet dan gebruik maken van een Track & Trace verzendservice, omdat wij de ontvangst van je retournering niet kunnen garanderen.

4. Tijdlijn van terugbetaling: 
Zodra wij de retournering hebben ontvangen, inspecteren wij het en verwerken wij de terugbetaling binnen 10 werkdagen. De terugbetaling wordt gedaan naar de oorspronkelijke rekening, die de aankoop heeft gedaan.
